RO - promoting science among young people and attracting them towards research – through its interventions, the project contributes to promoting science among young people, considering the science-promotion events such as science cafés, science-promotion visits in pre-university educational institutions, itinerant and interactive exhibitions, debates, and not least, volunteer activities that introduce young people (and not only them) to the world of research, which has been neglected in Romania in recent years;
- promoting research results among the general public within local communities, in order to illustrate the importance of research in the economic development of the community – through the proposed interventions and indicators, the project makes an essential contribution to promoting research results in the communities of the implementation region, innovative results that bring added value to local and regional economic development;
- assisting local researchers in their research careers and presenting new research career paths in academia, industry, and business;
- creating favorable conditions for the integration of researchers from outside Romania who come to RDI organizations in Romania for short-term stays.
