Objectives

General objective of the project: the establishment, financing, and operationalization of a Networking and Career Development Center for Research in the South-Muntenia Region (CNDCSM) as part of the ERA TALENT PLATFORM, aimed at developing the RDI sector in Romania.

Specific objectives of the project

• SO1: inclusion of 44 fields of study (bachelor’s, master’s, PhD) in the project;
• SO2: creation and operationalization of 1 Networking and Career Development Center for Research in the South-Muntenia Region (CNDCSM);
• SO3: organization of 8 types of research promotion events involving at least 450 young people;
• SO4: integration of the CNDCSM center into the national network of regional career orientation centers – ERA TALENT PLATFORM ROMANIA;
• SO5: Project management.
